Were looking for passionate recent graduates to join our Technical Support organization. You will monitor, debug, and troubleshoot integrations (ETL jobs) for our customers, which are the backbone for Aeras Cognitive skills. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting customer-reported issues, helping internal teams, and escalating bugs to Product teams.

• Quickly learn the functional aspects of Aera's product line
• Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues on ETL processes
• Work on customer reported issues by interacting with various teams including QA, App Development, Engineering, and Product Management
• Gather information systematically and efficiently perform root cause analysis
• Communicate with customers on the status of issues and project items and be responsible for the ticket life-cycle
• Responsible for respecting the defined SLA's we have with each customer
• Develop knowledge base articles for the use of internal team and external partners
• Participate in a shift rotation

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in computer science or equivalent
• Good debugging, troubleshooting skills
• Strong oral and written English & customer-facing communication skills
• Good knowledge of SQL, Unix, Shell Scripting, 3-tier application architecture, ETL
• Basic Unix knowledge
• Analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills
