MS Intune- Tech Specialist

Job Purpose

- Looking for MS Intune Engineer subject matter expertise in designing, implementing, managing, and maintaining Endpoint Devices.
- Should be able to manage end-user desktop environments, including delivering applications and configuring user settings. You should use the Azure portal, templates, scripting, and command-line tools to manage an Azure Virtual Desktop deployment.
- Desktop software packaging and delivery team.
- Duration:08:00am 04:00pm EST/EDT on Monday through Friday working weekdays

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities  

• Provide technical expertise in the Microsoft Intune management platform.
• Administer Windows devices using Intune.
• Package and deploy legacy Win32 applications using modern formats like Intune win and MSIX.
• Provide support and expertise in a VDI environment, including Azure virtual desktops.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of GitHub CI/CD pipelines.
• Provide technical expertise in the Microsoft Intune management platform.
• Provide technical expertise in the Microsoft Intune management platform.
• Administer Windows devices using Intune. Hands-on experience with enrolling Windows 10/11 devices.
• Strong hands-on experience on AutoPilot device deployment
• Excellent Application packaging with IntuneWin and PSADT
• Intune RBAC role creation and administration
• Group (Assigned & Dynamic) & filter management
• Migration from group policy to Intune CSP
• Device security and compliance enforcement
• Windows Autopatch or 3rd party patching tools like PatchMyPC
• Continuous deployment\patching using device and user rings
• Proficient in setting up Windows Autopilot enrollment, EPS, Deployment profiles.
• In-depth knowledge of end-to-end configurations and policies.
• Expertise in software distribution/deployments/upgrades (MSI, Win 32), Patch Management, Windows as a Service, and Driver Management processes.
• Good Knowledge on BitLocker and MS Defender
• Experience in compliance and conditional access policies.
• Expertise in managing Co-managed devices.
• Familiarity with Endpoint security, Microsoft Defender, firewall configurations, and URL/domain whitelisting.
• Troubleshoot patch issues and possess extensive experience in the design and installation.
• Contribute to new builds/migration and upgrades.
• Design and implement device security policies.
• Monitor and analyze device health, performance, and security, taking appropriate actions to address issues.
• Experience in Microsoft Cloud/Hybrid Cloud Management, onboarding, configuring, and transitioning to the cloud.
• Strong skills in PowerShell and scripting
• Good knowledge of managing BYOD, COD, and Kiosk devices and their restrictions.

• Knowledge of device and user-based certificates.

• Manage Azure Active Directory for Azure AVD and Azure AVD Clusters HA systems.
• Analyze system performance indicators and recommend improvement actions for Azure AVD based production configuration.
• Service Restoration activities not requiring privileged access (incident management, system troubleshooting, performing Elevating access activities, escalating actions requiring Privileged Access to client team members)
• Very good hands-on experience on Group Policy management
• Good understanding on cloud License management
• You should have experience with Azure technologies, including:
• Very good hands-on experience cloud concept Azure Virtualization, Azure Networking, Azure Identity and Azure Storage
• Manage and maintain identity, security, compliance, and protected user devices.
• Printing on Azure Virtual Desktop using Universal Print
• Good hands-on experience on User profile management product, Roaming Profile, Fslogix and OneDrive
• Good hands-on experience in automating upgradation/migration, remediation, jobs, report tasks by using creating PowerShell CLI script and PowerShell and Batch scripts.
• Create all necessary documentation including system standards, run books, and more Research.
• Should be aware of an App Layering solution like Flex App MSIX App attach etc.
• Strong communication skills.
