Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Development professional with expertise in workplace interior fit-outs, design & build, and base-build/greenfield projects. This role requires a strong sales-driven mindset, client engagement skills, and the ability to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and key account management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end business development lifecycle: prospecting (cold calls, LinkedIn outreach), client meetings, presentations, solution demonstrations, negotiations, deal closures, and billing.
  • Research and analyze organizations, competitors, and industry trends (IPC, property consultants, design & build firms).
  • Build partnerships with corporate advisors, IPCs, and local leasing agencies for lead generation and collaboration.
  • Develop, maintain, and grow relationships with key accounts to ensure loyalty and repeat business.
  • Drive business development in interiors, design & build, and fit-out industry.
  • Handle client management, proposal preparation, and client database effectively.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

  • 8–15 years of experience in sales/business development; prior exposure to Real Estate / IPC / Architects / Fit-out industry suppliers preferred.
  • Strong communication skills (oral & written) and excellent organizational abilities.
  • Proven networking and relationship management skills with a client-facing personality.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and able to work with minimal guidance in uncertain situations.
  • Balanced exposure: 25% domain knowledge & 75% marketing/business development expertise.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. (Engineering / B.Arch background is an added advantage, but not mandatory).
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools – Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,500, ₹2,000,000.00 per year
