Marketing Executive

Broad Scope of Work / KRAs

· Customer Relationship Management:

Meet existing customers regularly to strengthen relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and secure continuous and repeat orders.

· New Business Development:

Identify and approach potential customers across Kota, Bundi, Baran, Jhalawar, and Sawai Madhopur. Pitch company products and services, convert prospects into long-term clients, and expand the company's customer base in the region.

· Key Client Coordination:

Coordinate and fix meetings with key clients identified or referred by the company's owner or management. Prepare for meetings with proper data, product samples, and presentation materials.

· Market Exploration:

Continuously explore and gather information about upcoming construction sites, factories, industrial units, and other projects in the area to identify potential business opportunities.

· Reporting & Feedback:

Maintain a record of visits, client interactions, leads generated, and conversion status. Submit periodic reports to the management with actionable insights and market feedback.

Graduate

Skills required

· Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills to build and maintain customer relationships.

· Sales & Negotiation Skills to pitch, persuade, and convert new customers.

· Market Awareness of local geography, industries, and upcoming projects.

· Customer Handling Ability with a problem-solving and service-oriented mindset.

· Self-Motivation & Target Orientation to work independently and achieve sales goals.

· Documentation & Reporting Skills for maintaining visit records and updating management.

· Time Management & Planning to schedule client meetings and cover multiple districts effectively.

· Basic Tech Skills (WhatsApp, Google Maps, Excel/CRM apps) for communication and tracking.

Experience required

(Both Type and no. of years)

5-10 years in marketing of similar industry or any industry related to construction or infra related products

Salary Range

Incentive + Travel & Conveyance Expenses

Any other requirement / restriction / minimum service period

Minimum 2 years commitment to stay in employment
