Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced
SAP CO/PA Consultant
with hands-on experience in
SAP S/4HANA Finance and RISE with SAP implementations
. The ideal candidate will lead the Controlling and Profitability Analysis stream, collaborating across finance and logistics modules to deliver high-quality SAP solutions aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and participate in end-to-end SAP S/4HANA RISE implementation projects with focus on Controlling (CO) and Profitability Analysis (PA).
  • Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP Financial processes — particularly Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis, Project System, Results Analysis, and Month-End Close activities.
  • Configure and optimize S/4HANA Finance functionalities including Fiori applications, migration activities, and integration with FI, MM, and PP modules.
  • Design and document system blueprints, configuration, and functional specifications for RICEFW developments in CO/PA.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into system solutions and ensure effective process integration.
  • Provide expert consulting on Management Accounting (CO) and Profitability Analysis (PA) processes, features, and reporting capabilities.
  • Conduct workshops, user training, and post-go-live support for S/4HANA implementations.
  • Drive process improvements leveraging S/4HANA capabilities including Universal Journal and embedded analytics.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum Experience: 10+ years in Business Analysis, IT Consulting, or ERP Solution Delivery

  • At least 8+ years in SAP CO/PA implementation and solution deployment

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in S/4HANA Finance or RISE with SAP environment

  • Strong domain understanding of Finance and Controlling processes, ideally with prior industry exposure (Manufacturing preferred).

  • Proven ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams — FI, MM, PP, ABAP, and external integration partners.
