Work Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for the quality control check of Raw Materials received, Production Quality Control and Finished goods before dispatch with Painting.

• To check the products are as per company standard to ensure no customer complaint of tested and approved materials dispatched.

• Approve incoming materials by conducting quality control, confirming specifications and rejecting and returning unacceptable materials as per lead time - thus ensuring no issues related to quality arises during production due to raw materials tested.

• Approve all finished products by confirming specifications and conducting required tests as per lead time to ensure no customer complaints received for quality of finished goods.

• Return products for re-work if needed and complete documentation to confirm re-work

• To dispatch the Material [Finished Goods & Others] & ensure it reaches customer without any damage. Enhancing packaging standard in terms of quality & reliability, at the same time reduction in the specific cost and ensuring customer delight.

• Identify existing customer complaints and also whenever there is variation in terms of set standard and tested materials (Raw materials & Finished goods) and packaging, root cause to be analysed for all such complaints.

• Document and update inspection results by completing reports and logs

• To accomplish the Accreditation required for Exports [CE], by planning, selecting of agency, preparing documents, conducting AS-IS and final audit, so as to increase the brand value and reputation

• Keep measurement equipment operating by following operating instructions and calling for repairs as required.

• Planning & Conducting Internal Audit as per QMS

• Maintaining quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards and protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.

• Responsible for preparing reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information and validation of daily report, monthly report, annual report & MIS [& all the records of the division]

• Assuring that all the activities are executed as per the SOPs as defined in QMS

• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading technical publications, attending seminars, watching industry videos, etc.

Required Skills:

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills, Excellent computer skills, including MS Office.

• Knowledge of manufacturing methods and procedures, understand blueprints, technical documents, and manuals, ensuring that products and parts meet quality standards

•Ability to explain and teach methodologies, organized and logical thought process with high and meticulous attention to detail, ability to use specialized tools and machinery when testing products, good physical condition as they may be required to stand for long duration.

Required Qualification & Experience:

• A degree in mechanical engineering is the main requirement (BE/ B. Tech, Diploma)
