Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various online channels to drive brand visibility, lead generation, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, content, and paid advertising channels.
  • Manage and enhance the company's presence across key digital platforms including Google, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and others.
  • Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and implement SEO strategies to improve search rankings and organic traffic.
  • Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Create, manage, and publish engaging and high-quality content including blogs, videos, creatives, and social media posts.
  • Track, analyze, and generate performance reports using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other analytics platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with design, content, and sales teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall business objectives.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO tools, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, trends, and technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to create compelling content.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
