Account Manager – Paid Media

Agency & Platform Depth: min 4 years of direct experience in performance marketing, agency-side expertise managing Meta + Google campaigns.
Proven track record managing, optimizing, and scaling high-budget campaigns across complex client accounts (₹50L–₹2Cr+ in monthly ad spend)
P&L Ownership: Direct accountability for hitting CAC, ROAS, and Payback targets. Comfortable owning end-to-end campaign execution across multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
Full-Funnel Strategist: Experience with scaling roadmaps, budget allocation, and creative/LP audits.
Exceptional communication and client management skills, comfortable leading performance reviews with Founders/CMOs and aligning media strategy directly to business goals.
Preferred:
Familiarity with AI & Automation Tools: Exposure to AI-driven tools or automation for optimization and reporting to improve efficiency and scalability would be advantageous
Experience with D2C, SaaS, or Healthcare Verticals: While not required, experience in these specific industries could be helpful given the client base Tealbox serves
Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with tools like Looker Studio, Supermetrics, Slack, and Asana/ClickUp, which would aid in reporting, task management, and team coordination
