Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust backend services using Java and Spring Boot
  • Build and deploy microservices-based architecture for high availability and performance
  • Integrate and manage real-time data pipelines using Apache Kafka
  • Work with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra) for high-volume data storage and retrieval
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, QA, and Product to deliver high-quality software
  • Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and performance tuning
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in software development and architecture

Key Skills

  • 4–5 years of professional experience in backend development using Java
  • Strong expertise in Spring Boot and RESTful API development
  • Solid understanding of Microservices architecture and design patterns
  • Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka for messaging and event streaming
  • Proficiency in NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, Cassandra, or Redis
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Qualifications
  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related discipline
