Field Sales Engineer – Center of Excellence

About the Role:
We are looking for high-performing, self-driven Field Sales Engineers to lead institutional and corporate partnerships for our Centers of Excellence (CoE) in emerging technology domains – Electric Vehicles, Solar Energy, Drones, Robotics, and Green Skills. This is a field-intensive role covering colleges, universities, and CSR departments across the southern region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive B2B and institutional sales of CoE setups and training solutions across assigned states.
- Prospect, pitch, and close partnerships with engineering and polytechnic institutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with policymakers, CSR heads, and university decision-makers.
- Plan and execute regional outreach campaigns, demonstrations, and collaboration meetings.
- Coordinate with the Hyderabad and Bhubaneswar teams for technical proposals, MoUs, and project execution.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive lead generation and deal closures.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4–5 years of proven field sales experience in education, training, or technology sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Passion for new technology domains and institutional collaboration.
- Strong accountability, travel readiness, and ability to work independently across the southern region.
- Engineering graduates will be given preference.
