The Senior Product Owner will play a pivotal role in defining, prioritizing, and delivering high-impact product features that align with the organization's vision and strategic goals. You will collaborate closely with global engineering and client teams to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and backlog items. The role involves balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution, ensuring seamless delivery across multi-track, geographically dispersed Agile teams. You will engage with stakeholders, conduct research, and use data-driven insights to inform product decisions while continuously improving team performance and product outcomes. This is an opportunity to influence product direction, shape client-facing solutions, and drive value in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Accountabilities:

  • Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring development teams are consistently aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to plan sprints, feature releases, and deployment strategies that deliver measurable customer value.
  • Document detailed requirements, acceptance criteria, and user stories for features and epics.
  • Engage with stakeholders, SMEs, and client teams to capture business needs and translate them into actionable product features.
  • Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily scrums, sprint reviews, and retrospectives with distributed teams.
  • Partner with design, research, and analytics teams to conduct user interviews, usability tests, and data-driven validations.
  • Report on initiative health, identify risks, and communicate progress across teams and leadership.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Legal, Marketing, Risk Management, Data Governance, and Customer Service to ensure alignment and capture requirements.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or Scrum Product Owner.
  • 3+ years working with technical teams, SMEs, and diverse stakeholders in consulting or client-facing roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies and experience leading multi-track development efforts.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English, capable of engaging with both technical teams and executive-level clients.
  • Proven ability to deliver under tight deadlines in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency with requirement analysis, business process modeling, data flow diagrams, user stories, and test planning.
  • Experience with data analysis tools and project delivery methodologies.
