Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Associate, based out of Pune. The Front Office Associate will be responsible for managing guest check-in and check-out processes, addressing guest inquiries, and ensuring seamless communication between guests and other departments. Additional duties include delivering exceptional customer service, handling reservations, assisting with guest requests, and maintaining the front desk area. The role demands professionalism, impeccable communication skills, and a focus on enhancing the guest experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in customer service and guest relations
- Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with different teams
- Organizational skills and attention to detail in managing reservations
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle guest queries with a positive attitude
- Proficiency in using hotel management software or similar tools
- Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for a hospitality role
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Prior experience in a front office or guest-facing role is an advantage
