Qualifications & Experience & Loaction:

  • Education: Graduate degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering or any related discipline.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in supervision or quality control of Optical Fiber Cable (OFC) network operations, laying, or maintenance.
  • Location: Nashik

Skills:

  • Strong technical understanding of OFC systems and network architecture.
  • Experience in OTDR testing, splicing, and fault analysis.
  • Good coordination and project management skills.
  • Knowledge of government or large-scale infrastructure project environments is an advantage.
  • Supervise and monitor OFC laying, splicing, testing, and commissioning activities.
  • Ensure all works comply with industry standards, safety norms, and project specifications.
  • Conduct quality checks on materials and workmanship related to OFC installation and maintenance.
  • Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and client representatives to ensure smooth and timely execution.
  • Troubleshoot issues and ensure network integrity during the installation and maintenance phases.
  • Prepare technical reports, documentation, and progress updates.
