About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr Developer with strong expertise in Python, PHP, Laravel, CakePHP, and CodeIgniter. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building scalable applications, leading technical teams, and optimizing server infrastructure. Experience working on live streaming applications will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end development of web applications using Python, PHP, Laravel, CakePHP, and CodeIgniter.
  • Architect, design, and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Optimize application performance and troubleshoot technical issues in production.
  • Manage and mentor a team of developers, ensuring code quality.
  • Oversee deployment pipelines and ensure smooth CI/CD processes.
  • Work on cloud infrastructure including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Contribute to the development of live streaming platforms.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and frameworks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in software development.
  • Strong expertise in Python, PHP, Laravel, CakePHP and CodeIgniter.
  • Solid understanding of backend architecture, RESTful APIs, and database design.
  • Experience with server management and optimization across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Experience with microservices and scalable systems.
  • Strong understanding of Git.
  • Ability to lead teams and manage projects efficiently.
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Bengaluru.

Bonus / Preferred Skills

  • Experience with live streaming applications (WebRTC, RTMP, HLS, FFMPEG).
  • Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks.

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹500, ₹800,000.00 per year
