Waiter

The Waiter/Waitress is responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. The role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a friendly, professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat customers in a friendly and timely manner.
• Present menus and provide detailed information when asked (e.g., about portions, ingredients, or potential food allergies).
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve orders promptly and ensure all guests are satisfied with their meals and service.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and report any major issues to the supervisor or manager.
• Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
• Process bills and handle cash or card payments accurately.
• Follow all restaurant health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.
