We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive for our organization at G.S. Road, Guwahati. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years' experience in Accounts & Billing.

Job Role & Responsibilities

· Handle day-to-day accounting activities and data entry.

· Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.

· Prepare and process invoices, bills, and credit/debit notes.

· Manage accounts receivable and payable.

· Support monthly closing, reconciliation, and report preparation.

· Assist in GST/TDS working and coordination.

· Ensure all accounting records are updated and accurate for smooth financial operations.

Requirements

· Bachelor Degree in Commerce (B Com)

· Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts & Billing.

· Strong knowledge of accounting principles and billing procedures.

· Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime or similar accounting software.

· Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic accounting compliance.

· Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.

· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
