Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Mettupalayam. The Human Resources Manager will perform day-to-day HR operations such as managing recruitment processes, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Relevant HR certification is a plus
  • Previous experience in a managerial role is advantageous
