Role Description

Digiprima Technologies is seeking a highly experienced Fractional Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for a full-time, on-site role based in Indore. The Fractional CTO will oversee technology strategies, spearhead software and product development projects, and align IT architecture with business goals. Key responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing IT-related projects, evaluating emerging technologies, and ensuring scalable technology deployment to meet the company's objectives.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in AI, Machine Learning, or emerging technologies
  , with the ability to drive innovation and build future-ready solutions.
• Strong expertise in Software Development and Product Development
  , including designing scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.
• Hands-on experience with Cloud Platforms
  , especially
  AWS
  and
  Azure
  , including cloud architecture, deployment, migration, and cost optimization.
• Deep knowledge of Software Architecture
  , microservices, API-driven development, and distributed systems.
• Strong Project Management skills
  , capable of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex technology initiatives on time and with high quality.
• Proficiency in IT Strategy
  , including creating technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives, digital transformation, and long-term planning.
• Experience developing and implementing enterprise-level Architecture Frameworks
  , such as TOGAF or similar models.
• Proven leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities
  in technology-driven environments.

Bachelor's or Master's degree
in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
