Pixel Crowner, a fast-growing digital marketing company based in Hyderabad, is hiring a Digital Marketing Executive with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in paid advertising, SEO, and basic website development. We are looking for a results-driven professional who can handle digital campaigns, optimize performance, and build websites using Elementor, Wix, or Shopify.

Key Responsibilities

1. Paid Advertising (Social Media & Google Ads)

  • Plan, create, and manage ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google Ads.
  • Handle campaign types such as Search Ads, Display Ads, Video Ads, Shopping Ads, and Remarketing Ads.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily to reduce costs and improve ROI.
  • Implement audience targeting, conversion tracking, and retargeting strategies.

2. SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

  • Conduct keyword research for targeted traffic.
  • Perform On-Page SEO: meta tags, headings, URLs, image optimization, internal linking, and content improvements.
  • Execute Off-Page SEO: link building, directory submissions, guest blogging, outreach, and content promotion.
  • Improve website speed, mobile responsiveness, and overall user experience.
  • Track keyword rankings and organic performance using SEO tools.

3. Website Development (Elementor, Wix, Shopify)

  • Build and customize WordPress websites using Elementor Page Builder.
  • Create visually appealing and functional e-commerce websites on Wix or Shopify.
  • Update website content, banners, landing pages, and SEO elements.
  • Troubleshoot basic website issues and coordinate for advanced technical support if needed.

4. Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports for ads, SEO, and website performance.
  • Analyze insights and provide recommendations to improve results.
  • Keep up with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
  • Strong experience in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, and SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
  • Good understanding of WordPress (Elementor), Wix, and Shopify.
  • Ability to create data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
