We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Sales and Marketing Executive / Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities in international trade, exports, and imports. This role involves engaging with companies seeking to expand into global markets, or those needing assistance with their export/import operations. The candidate should be ready to travel locally and to outstations to meet with clients, attend trade events, and deliver presentations or talks.

Business Development:

  • Identify and target companies looking to enter global markets or initiate their export/import activities.
  • Research and develop a deep understanding of potential clients' business needs, challenges, and expansion goals.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in potential client organizations.
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow the client base, including cold-calling, networking, attending trade shows, and online outreach.

Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Create and implement sales strategies to generate leads and close deals, driving revenue for the company.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on global trade trends, competitors, and new market opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create sales collateral, presentations, and promotional materials that effectively communicate the company's value proposition.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales lifecycle.
  • Understand client pain points and recommend tailored export/import solutions to meet their needs.
  • Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term business relationships.

Travel and Events:

  • Travel locally and internationally to meet with potential clients, partners, and industry professionals.
  • Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
  • Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and talks on international trade, export/import services, and global market expansion strategies.

Reporting and Analytics:

  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, business development progress, and market insights.
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics to optimize performance and ensure sales targets are met.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field (MBA or similar qualifications a plus).
  • 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing, with a focus on international trade, exports, or imports.
  • Strong understanding of international trade practices, export/import regulations, and global market trends.
  • Proven track record of successful sales and relationship-building with clients in diverse industries.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively, both locally and internationally.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales/marketing tools.
  • Multilingual capabilities are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
