Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new customers needing transport/logistics solutions

  • Visit industries, warehouses, manufacturing hubs, and corporate clients to generate leads
    • Understand client requirements, propose appropriate transport solutions, and close deals
    • Prepare and share quotations, negotiate rates, and finalize agreements

  • Maintain strong follow-up with potential leads and convert them into regular clients

  • Coordinate with operations team to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients

  • Meet monthly sales targets and submit daily/weekly visit reports

  • Provide market feedback and competitor intelligence to management

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in logistics/transport industry

  • Strong knowledge of the Raipur market and surrounding industrial areas

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Should be comfortable with field visits and target-based roles

  • Basic knowledge of freight rates, vehicle types, and transport operations

  • Familiarity with MS Excel, email, and CRM tools is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹24,000.00 per month
