Thisrole involves identifying and hiring the right talent while ensuring a strongcandidate experience, effective onboarding, and alignment with the organization'speople development strategy.KeyResponsibilitiesTalentAcquisition•     Manage end -to -end recruitmentfor junior and mid -level positions (sourcing, screening, scheduling,interviewing, and closing).•     Draft and post job descriptionson relevant platforms.•     Source candidates through jobportals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and networking.•     Coordinate interview logisticswith hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.•     Maintain candidate databasesand track hiring progress in ATS/HR systems.•     Support employer brandinginitiatives to attract top talent.Onboarding& Induction•     Facilitate smooth onboarding ofnew hires and conduct orientation sessions.•     Ensure documentation and HRcompliance during joining formalities.•     Support employee integrationinto company culture and values.
