Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and working with various stakeholders to implement solutions that drive business growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Requirement Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
  • Analysis and Documentation: Analyze business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement. Document findings and create detailed reports.
  • Solution Design: Develop and propose solutions to address business challenges. Collaborate with IT and development teams to ensure solutions are feasible and aligned with business goals.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize data analysis tools to extract insights from business data. Present findings to stakeholders and recommend data-driven decisions.
  • Project Management: Assist in project planning, management, and coordination. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Provide regular updates and manage expectations.
  • Testing and Validation: Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements. Validate and document test results.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role. Experience in [industry/sector] is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, SQL, Tableau). Familiarity with project management software (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
  • Certifications: Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Conditions
