Job Description – Admin Executive (Receptionist)
Location: Karyavattom

Role Overview
We are looking for a well-organized and professional Admin Executive (Receptionist) to manage the front office operations at our newly inaugurated manufacturing plant. The role requires strong communication, coordination, and administrative skills to ensure smooth day-to-day plant operations.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Visitor Management
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors entering the plant premises.
- Maintain visitor logs, ID verification, and issue visitor passes.
- Coordinate with security for smooth entry and exit procedures.
Administrative Support
- Handle phone calls, emails, and internal communication efficiently.
- Maintain attendance records, staff movement registers, and daily logs.
- Assist plant HR with documentation, onboarding support, and basic admin tasks.
- Manage courier, dispatch, and inward/outward materials documentation.
Office & Facility Coordination
- Oversee cleanliness, housekeeping, and office maintenance requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors for stationery, supplies, and plant-related admin needs.
- Ensure meeting rooms and reception areas are well-maintained.
Record & Document Management
- Maintain files, purchase bills, petty cash logs, and admin reports.
- Assist in preparation of MIS reports related to admin functions.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or relevant diploma.
- 1–3 years of experience in administration or front-office roles (manufacturing experience preferred).
- Strong communication skills (English & Malayalam preferred).
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).
- Presentable, disciplined, and proactive personality.
