Hiring: Senior Full Stack Developer (Python + React + GenAI)

Job Type: Contract

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced
Senior Full Stack Developer
with a strong background in Python, ReactJS, and API design & development. The ideal candidate will also have hands-on experience working with Generative AI (GenAI) frameworks and tools to help architect, develop, and optimize next-generation intelligent applications. This role requires a deep understanding of system architecture, cloud-native development, and scalable application design, with the ability to mentor junior engineers and contribute to technology strategy.

Technical Expertise:

  • Frontend:
    ReactJS, TypeScript, JavaScript,
  • Backend:
    Python (Django / Flask / FastAPI)
  • API Design:
    RESTful & GraphQL (scalable, secure, high-performance)
  • GenAI/LLMs:
    OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, LLM API integrations
  • Databases:
    MySQL + NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis, etc.)
  • Infra/DevOps:
    Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD on AWS/GCP/Azure

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end web applications using Python (Django/FastAPI/Flask) and
    ReactJS.
  • Architect, develop, and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs for scalable, high-performance systems.
  • Integrate LLM-based APIs and AI frameworks (OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain) into applications.
  • Develop cloud-based, microservices-driven solutions and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Lead and mentor development teams, conducting code reviews and best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.

Required Skills & Qualifications:


• Expert in Python (Django, Flask, FastAPI) and JavaScript/TypeScript (ReactJS, ).


• Strong API design, microservices architecture, and database experience (SQL/NoSQL).


• Hands-on with Generative AI tools and frameworks (OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain).


• Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), Docker, Kubernetes.


• Strong understanding of security, scalability, and performance optimization.


• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Nice to Have:


• Serverless architecture experience (AWS Lambda/Firebase).


• Exposure to MLOps and AI model fine-tuning.


• Knowledge of data pipelines (Kafka, Airflow).


• Experience working in agile and distributed teams
