Designation Asst Manager – Finance

Department Finance & Accounts

Unit Corporate Office

Initiating Manager Manager Finance -Compliance

Key Responsibility

  • Attending Queries on day-to-day Operations.
  • Accounts Payables/Compliance – Payment Processing - Subsidiaries Payments –

Shall be responsible for all the payments and ensure that all the invoices are accounted in the accounting software timely.

  • Control Accounts Reconciliation's & BRS - Group Companies & Subsidiaries –

Shall be responsible for Control Account Reconciliations among Group and All Bank Reconciliations pertaining to Accounts Payable

  • Purchase & Services Accounting - Group Companies & Subsidiaries

Shall be responsible for accounting of all invoices / bills received at corporate office and ensure there should not be any duplication / error in accounting

  • GST and TDS Compliances - Group Companies & Subsidiaries

Shall be responsible for reconciliation and timely payment of all statutory ( TCS / TDS deductions , Recovery and Reco , GST Outputs / Input Reports , GSTR 2A Reconciliation and Recovery etc…)

  • Creditors Ageing Report & Reconciliations - Group Companies & Subsidiaries

Shall be responsible of Reconciliation of Creditors, Sundry Advance and Liabilities.

  • EMI payments/Relationship with Bank - Ensuring the availability of funds for the all EMI payments & Liaising with Officials of Banks, Financial Institutions, Finance Companies
