What You Will Learn
  • Processes and roles and responsibilities of a Program Management team.
  • Softwares and applications such as Power BI and Power Apps.
  • Develop communication and simplification skills.
  • Participate in continuous improvement sessions.
  • Establish a professional development plan.
Your Contributions to the Team
  • Analyze budget envelopes of the Program teams.
  • Plan follow-up meetings and present your analyzes.
  • Plan and structure governance activities.
  • Develop analysis tools for large volumes of data.
  • Contribute to the budget definition process.
  • Prepare project portfolio presentations for the management team.
  • Identify the risks and opportunities on the budget envelopes.
How to Thrive in This Role
  • You are familiar with the basic principles of financial management, project management, and/or portfolio management.
  • You are enrolled in a Bachelor's in Business Administration, Finance, or Engineering.
  • You have knowledge in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and PowerBI software suites (an asset).
  • You have experience in database management or data processing.
  • You are structured and autonomous in carrying out your tasks.
  • You speak and write in French and English.
