About the Role

FashionTV India is looking for a dynamic, young, and highly driven Events Coordinator – Production to manage end-to-end production for high-impact fashion, lifestyle, and luxury events. The ideal candidate should excel in vendor management, budgeting, logistics, and on-ground execution—delivering premium-quality events with speed, precision, and creativity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complete event production from planning to execution (entry to exit).

  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, agencies, and internal teams for seamless execution.

  • Work on event budgeting and cost control, ensuring best output within allocated budgets.

  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate competitive quotations for all production requirements.

  • Oversee stage setup, technical requirements, branding, décor, F&B coordination, and all event essentials.

  • Ensure smooth on-ground operations with strong troubleshooting and quick decision-making abilities.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and industry partners.

  • Handle accounts coordination related to production expenses and billing.

  • Execute last-minute or fast-turnaround events with strong multitasking skills.

  • Maintain quality standards and ensure timely delivery of all production elements.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in event production or event management.

  • Young, energetic, and willing to be active on-ground.

  • Strong vendor network and good contacts within the event industry.

  • Excellent negotiation, budgeting, and cost-management skills.

  • Strong communication, organisational, and time-management abilities.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

  • Experience in fashion, lifestyle, hospitality, or premium events is a plus.
