Minimum Qualification: Graduation

Experience: 3-5 years (Predominantly in Electrical Engineering from 132/220/400 kv)

Job Location:-Banda, Mahoba

Job Description

  1. Supervise stringing operations for 132kV to 765kV transmission lines, including tensioning and sagging

  2. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and HSE standards during all stringing activities

  3. Interpret stringing plans, engineering drawings, and sag charts for accurate execution

  4. Coordinate with foundation, erection, and quality teams to align stringing schedules

  5. Inspect tools, equipment (e.g., TSE machines, sag bridges), and materials before use

  6. Monitor progress and resolve site-level issues to avoid delays or rework

  7. Maintain daily progress reports and ensure documentation of stringing activities

  8. Liaise with subcontractors and vendors for manpower, equipment, and material readiness

  9. Support audits and client inspections by ensuring quality and safety compliance
