Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Executive to manage the procurement and vendor coordination needs of the Marketing Department in a real estate plot development company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing marketing materials, event requirements, and promotional items, ensuring cost efficiency and timely delivery to support project and sales campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle procurement of marketing materials, including brochures, banners, signage, hoardings, gift items, and digital marketing collateral.
  • Source and develop vendor relationships for printing, event management, advertising, and branding agencies.
  • Obtain competitive quotations, prepare comparison sheets, and negotiate rates and terms with suppliers.
  • Ensure timely delivery of marketing materials for project launches, events, exhibitions, and site activities.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to forecast material requirements for ongoing and upcoming campaigns.
  • Maintain purchase records, vendor databases, and payment follow-ups.
  • Work closely with the accounts department to process purchase orders and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Evaluate vendor performance based on quality, price, and service.
  • Support in budget preparation and cost analysis for marketing activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in purchasing or procurement (preferably in real estate, construction, or marketing)
