Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and overall business objectives.Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and market share in the freight forwarding and logistics sector.Sales Planning & Execution: Establish sales plans, set performance goals, and monitor progress to ensure success.Team Development: Provide training, guidance, and motivation to the sales team to enhance their skills and effectiveness.Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.Market & Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Analyze sales performance data, generate reports, and provide insights to senior management.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with operations, pricing, and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer experience.New Business Development: Identify and pursue potential business opportunities to expand the company's customer base.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales.Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.Proven ability to drive sales growth and lead high-performing sales teams.Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.Willingness to travel as required.
