Job Description:
Job Profile:
- Managing front desk.
- Supervise housekeeping staff for timely cleanliness of the office.
- Monitor office supplies, pantry, and medicine and place orders when necessary
- Maintain good relationships with vendors & customers.
- Coordinating with external agencies and executing AMC's for office equipment.
- Preparing Inventory Report.
- Responsible for scheduling staff meetings, conferences, board meetings and other official activities.
- Maintaining All Inventories and Asset Management.
- Assisting New Joiners with welcome kit, desk allocation, and documentation.
- Managing employee attendance, reporting deficiency in work hours and overall leave management by coordinating with employees.
- Receive incoming calls and emails; take messages, respond appropriately and route correspondence to the appropriate executive of staff member.
- Act as a central point of reference for internal and external queries, ensuring that messages are recorded and reported on in a timely manner, including contact with staff and managers.
- Managing Office and Ad hoc activities.
- Capable to find out any vendors required.
- New Employees details Verification.
- Managing Housekeeping staff.
- Should be proactive in handling the work and should be an independent worker to manage the tasks on own.
- Assisting HR for recruitment Sourcing CVs ,line up interviews, candidate follow ups etc

- Candidate should have good English communication skill (Both verbal & written).
- Should have excellent interpersonal skills & a pleasant personality.
- Exposure to handling telephone calls, guest, visitors.
- Should possess people management & problem-solving skills.
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Knowledge of office management and basic book keeping.
