Job responsibilities:
I. Role description, in short:
We are looking for an experienced and driven Manager – Expo
Sales to lead exhibitor and sponsorship sales for Procam's expos. The role involves identifying
prospects, pitching opportunities, closing sales, and ensuring delivery of commitments at all
four Procam expos. The ideal candidate is someone with strong B2B sales experience,
excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to work in a high-energy events
environment.

A. Sales & Revenue Generation
• Identify and target potential exhibitors, sponsors, and partners for Procam's expos.
• Develop and manage a sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
• Create customised sales pitches and proposals aligned to client needs.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability and compliance with company
policies.
B. Client Relationship Management
• Build long-term relationships with exhibitors, sponsors, and agencies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all expo sales clients before, during, and after
events.
• Ensure delivery of commitments and a seamless exhibitor experience.
C. Expo Planning & Execution
• Work closely with the Expo Operations team to ensure exhibitor requirements are
implemented.
• Coordinate branding, space allocation, and on-ground execution for clients.
• Provide inputs on expo design and layout to maximise value for participants and partners.
D. Market Intelligence & Strategy
• Research market trends, competitor activities, and new categories to tap into.
• Generate insights to refine sales strategies and create innovative offerings.

: 5 - 8 years
Areas of experience: Event / Exhibition Sales, B2B Sales & Business Development, Client
Relationship Management
IV. Knowledge &Skill /Competency / Qualification requirements:
Knowledge & Skills required: identifying potential exhibitors, industry segments, and new
business opportunities, exposure to sports, wellness, lifestyle, or experiential marketing sectors.
Competencies required and/or identified for the position, apart from Key Procam
Competencies: Excellent communication skills – written and spoken, relationship building,
negotiation skills, Proven ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
Educational Qualifications: Graduate / Postgraduate degree in Business, Marketing, or related
- field.
