Customer Care Executive

- Handle incoming customer calls and provide prompt and professional responses.
- Provide customers with timely updates regarding their services, Parts and queries.
- Maintain continuous communication with customers to ensure their issues and inquiries are resolved without delays.
- Coordinate with service engineers regarding customer complaints and ensure proper follow-up until closure.
- Collaborate with the China team/suppliers to address product- or service-related matters.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions.
- Ensure clear communication between customers, engineers, and the company for smooth service operations.
- Build strong relationships with customers through proactive communication and support.
- Strive to enhance customer experience by providing reliable, efficient, and solution-oriented service.
