Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Trainee Supervisor to support our plant operations and lead a team of Fluid Handlers. The role involves coordination, supervision, record-keeping, and ensuring smooth daily operations at the site.

Freshers with good learning attitude are welcome.

Training will be provided.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Allocate daily tasks to Fluid Handlers.
  • Ensure adherence to activity schedules and operational timelines.
  • Cross-check completed activities and ensure compliance.
  • Maintain 5S standards in the Lube Room.
  • Carry out oil filtration operations and maintain proper documentation.
  • Conduct basic oil analysis (training will be given).
  • Handle oil receipts, stock records, and waste disposal documentation.
  • Prepare daily schedules and verify completion of planned activities.
  • Report daily updates and equipment conditions to the Site In-charge.
  • Monitor and record leakages/abnormalities.
  • Prepare daily operational reports.
  • Coordinate with supervisors and capture activity completion updates.
  • Conduct plant line walks and identify deviations.
  • Manage manpower (shift planning, attendance, overtime, absenteeism).
  • Conduct internal training sessions & maintain Skill Matrix.
  • Handle customer interactions and collect feedback.
  • Submit attendance, reports, escalations, and documentation to Head Office.
  • Prepare & submit monthly reports and assist with invoice-related processes.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Freshers / 02 years of experience. (Male Candidate only).
  • Candidates with Total Fluid Management experience will be an added advantage.
  • Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to relocate anywhere in India.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
