Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for a Travel Sales and Support position. In this role, the individual will handle travel arrangements and provide exemplary customer service to clients. Responsibilities include managing travel bookings, assisting customers with their inquiries, creating personalized travel plans, and ensuring a seamless travel experience for both leisure and business travelers. The candidate will coordinate with various service providers, handle client communications, and ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Travel Arrangements and Travel Management for both business and leisure clients
  • Proficiency in Customer Service combined with exceptional Communication skills
  • Experience in managing Business Travel operations with attention to detail
  • Ability to provide personalized travel solutions and address customer inquiries efficiently
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility to work on-site in Pune
  • Previous experience in the travel and tourism industry is highly desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field preferred
