Seeking an Accounts Manager to oversee accounting operations and financial management. The minimum qualification for this role will be Chartered Accountant (CA-Inter, Awaiting Final) is compulsory.

  • Role Definition Responsible for managing end-to-end accounts of all group entities, including consolidation, MIS, and statutory compliance.

    Expected to set up systems and processes and ensure smooth functioning of the accounts department.

    Must be able to lead and manage a team of 45 members effectively, ensuring accountability and timely delivery.

    This role demands someone who can handle pressure, meet deadlines, and be available round-the-clock when the business requires.
  • Ideal Work Experience

    Minimum 5+ years of post-qualification experience in accounting, compliance, and audits.

    Prior exposure to multi-entity accounts, preferably in a trading/import-export environment.

    Strong experience in ERP systems (Tally, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).

    Proven ability to supervise teams, delegate work, and build a culture of responsibility.

    Experience with statutory filings, GST, TDS, ROC, audit schedules, and tax matters.

- Consolidation of group accounts.
- Knowledge of Accounting Standards (Ind AS / IFRS basics).
- Audit readiness and ability to liaise with auditors.
- MIS reporting, dashboards, and financial analysis.
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability under deadlines.
- Team management, delegation, and performance monitoring.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and financial regulations
- Proficient in accounting software (Tally, SAP, etc.)
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in import and export is highly desirable.
- Local candidates preferred.
