Job Description:
We are looking for passionate and empathetic individuals to join our team as Health Advisors. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to build a career in the growing wellness industry. You will be trained to guide clients on their wellness journeys, helping them achieve their objectives through personalized consultation and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one consultations with clients to understand their health and wellness goals.
- Develop and explain personalized wellness plans based on individual client needs.
- Provide ongoing support and follow-up to clients, monitoring their progress and making adjustments as needed.
- Educate clients on fundamental principles of nutrition and healthy lifestyle choices.
- Maintain detailed and confidential records of client interactions.
Who We Are Looking For (Qualifications):
- Freshers are encouraged to apply No prior experience is required.
- Minimum educational qualification: 12th Pass. Open to all graduates (B.A, B.Sc, B.Com, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for health, wellness, and helping others.
- Empathetic and a good listener.
- Fluency in Hindi, Marathi, and English is required.
- Must be a team player and willing to learn.
