Role and Responsibilities

As a 
Digital Marketing Manager
at KalpaDruma, you will play a pivotal role in
enhancing our online visibility, engagement, and customer acquisition. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to execute strategies that align with our brand vision and business goals. You may also be required to contribute in
crafting visually stunning and compelling assets that communicate our brand identity and resonate with our customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

Social Media Management:
Curate and manage our social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Pinterest. Create compelling content, schedule posts, and engage with our online community to foster meaningful interactions.

E-commerce & Brand Management:
Assist in tasks relating to our website and ensure consistency in brand communication across the board.

Content Creation
: Develop and design captivating visual content that tells a story and enhances the overall user experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging.

Photography Assistance
: Assist in organizing and conducting product photoshoots, ensuring that product images are of high quality, well-lit, and visually appealing.

Visual Concepts
: Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute visual campaigns and themes that align with our brand's objectives.

Graphic Design:

Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and artwork for various digital and print marketing materials, including social media posts, email campaigns, product packaging, and website banners.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Arts, Design, Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

Proven experience 2-4 years in marketing and design, preferably in e-commerce or consumer goods.

Proficiency in Social media, design software and tools such as Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator

Knowledge of video editing is a bonus

Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.

Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and content aesthetics.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from data.

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online marketplace dynamics is a plus.
