The candidate must be motivated to grow with the company and work with an entrepreneurial mindset considering a start -up work culture.Admission Counsellor / Sales Manager (Individual Contribution) - Responsibilities Driving inquiries &admissions for 21K School offered for the International/Domestic MarketsLooking after theentire sales life cycle: starting from engaging with the large volume ofwell -qualified leads, making phone/video calls, product demonstration, til thefinal conversion i.e. admission.Counselling Parents& Students via call, email or in -person for home schooling – Today's smartschooling and a way ahead.Updating andmaintaining MIS reportsCarrying weekly Admission/revenueand collection targets.Identifying referencesthrough the existing customer base to increase the sales pipelineEstablishing theuniqueness and effectiveness of 21K School's model of online/blended learning.Maintaining a detaileddatabase of all the interactions on the CRM with the leads and providingconstant feedback to the marketing team on lead quality.Operations andReporting Requirements2 -5 Years' experience in B2C SalesExcellent Verbal & Written communication SkillGo -getter, strive for sales excellence with a nag for exceeding TargetsImmediate JoinersPassion to earn Incentive and grow across the hierarchy within the organisation
