Role Overview :
We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) with experience in international IT or software sales.
The role involves identifying and qualifying potential business opportunities in the Australian market, engaging decision-makers, and scheduling demos with our Sydney-based consultants.
Key Responsibilities :
- Research and identify prospective SME clients in Australia (10–200 employees).
- Conduct cold outreach via LinkedIn, email, and calls to decision-makers.
- Qualify prospects using BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline).
- Coordinate demo meetings for the Australian Sales Team.
- Maintain CRM records, weekly reporting, and achieve outreach targets.
Key Skills Required :
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B lead generation or inside sales (IT/ERP/SaaS preferred).
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Experience selling to international clients (AU/UK/US) preferred.
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or HubSpot.
- Confident, self-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
Performance Indicators :
- 300 emails and 50 cold calls per week.
- 12–15 qualified meetings per month.
- 100% CRM hygiene and reporting compliance.
