Business Development Manager – Tenders
to lead this mission.

Role: Business Development Manager (Tenders & Strategic Bids)

Your Mission:

Identify the right tenders, build winning strategies, and help us secure large-scale projects in:


AI/ML Meter Reading & Billing Platforms for Utilities


One Coral – ERP Framework (RMS, FAR, EAM, Digital Twin, Workflow automation, etc.)


Energy Management, DSM, and Carbon Reduction for Enterprises & MSMEs

What You Will Do
Tender Intelligence & Selection

  • Track daily tenders from GeM, CPPP, State e-Proc portals, DISCOMs, Water Boards, ULBs, PSUs.
  • Shortlist the most relevant and winnable bids for BSS.

Bid Strategy & Proposal Management

  • Lead complete bid lifecycle: technical + commercial proposals.
  • Build compelling win strategies showcasing BSS's strengths.
  • Coordinate with Product, Tech, Finance, and Leadership teams.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Attend pre-bid meetings, industry events, meet Utilities, DISCOMs, EPCs & SIs.
  • Build consortium partnerships for large or multi-disciplinary bids.

Market & Competitor Intelligence

  • Track policy changes (RDSS, RAMP, AMI/AMR, BEE, Net Zero).
  • Understand competitor pricing, positioning & offerings.

What We're Looking For

  • 5–10 years of experience in Govt Tendering / BD / Proposals.
  • Strong understanding of
    Utility sector, AI/OCR platforms, ERP, IoT, Smart Metering, Energy Audits
    .
  • Excellent proposal writing, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze RFPs quickly and manage strict timelines.
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and high ownership mindset.
