Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Analyst, located in Jatni. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analysing business processes, gathering and documenting business requirements, and communicating effectively with stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks include developing business analysis plans, conducting detailed research, providing recommendations, and supporting project management activities to ensure smooth implementation of IT solutions.

- Experience in Business Process design and improvement
- Strong Communication skills for stakeholder engagement
- Ability to gather and document Business Requirements
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience in IT or a related field is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
