Job Title: Graduate/Post Graduate Management Trainee leading to Business Support Executive

Training Period:

We are seeking self-motivated candidates to join our growth journey. The initial 3-month training period will focus on supporting our sales and operational activities. Training may be extended at the discretion of the management. During this period, candidates will receive comprehensive training to develop the skills and knowledge required for the role of Business Support Executive.

The selected candidate must study and pass the following examinations within the first three months of training or employment.

1. Self-learning modules on 'Time Value of Money.'

2. Basic statistical analysis of Portfolios

3. Basics of Behavioural Finance

4. NISM-Series- V-A: Mutual Fund Distributors (MFD) Certification Examination

Subsequent Appointment:

After completing the training and if you're available, selected candidates will be appointed as Business Support Executive. This appointment is at the discretion of management.

Role and Responsibilities Post-Training (As Business Support Executive):

• Client Portfolio Management: Monitor clients' investment portfolios and assist with suitable Mutual Fund schemes, Life and Health Insurance options, and other financial products.
• Business Development: We will seek new opportunities within our existing client base, seek referrals, and convert prospects into Prokens clients.
• Client Engagement: Re-engage dormant clients, understand their needs, and encourage fresh or additional investments.

Analytical and Technical Duties:

• Product Analysis: Assess the suitability of financial schemes based on clients' risk profiles and objectives.
• Data Management: Use technology platforms to track transactions, monitor product performance, allocate assets, research, and generate reports.

Interaction and Communication:

• Regularly interact with both existing and prospective clients.
• Could you collaborate with relationship managers from various product manufacturers and internal team members?

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues, ensuring high service and client satisfaction.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Gather detailed client profiles, ensure risk profiles are recorded, and offer products aligned with client needs.
• Create client recommendations based on market tracking and risk/return metrics.
• Conduct periodic reviews and provide updates on evolving financial products.
• Perform quality checks, complete audit recommendations, and adhere to process documentation standards.
• Engage in cold calling and promote products across multiple financial asset classes.

What We Are Looking For:

• Quick learners interested in Personal Finance, Financial Markets, Mutual Funds, ETF/Stocks/Bonds & Insurance products.
• High-level numeracy and statistical analysis skills using technology platforms like MS Excel.
• Unquestionable personal integrity and professional ethics.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, taking on new initiatives.

Qualification/Certification Requirement:

Undergraduates/Post-Graduates in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, or Business Management. Candidates must pass specific examinations within three months of training or employment.

Allowance/Salary:

Salary will be commensurate with experience, qualifications, and willingness to learn and stay current with the Mutual Fund Distribution Profession. Selected candidates must sign a data confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement.
