Back Office Executive

Data Entry & Record Management  Accurately enter and manage data in company databases and systems  Maintain proper filing systems (digital and/or physical)  Regularly update records and ensure data integrity Software Operation  Operate company-specific software tools efficiently  Generate reports, logs, and summaries as required  Assist with software-related queries and troubleshooting internally Client and Internal Communication  Communicate professionally with clients via email or phone when required  Coordinate with internal teams to relay messages, feedback, or data  Draft and send standard business communication letters and emails Administrative Support  Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars for managers  Prepare documents, letters, or reports as needed  Manage incoming/outgoing mail and documentation Use of Office Tools  Proficient in MS Office tools like Word and Excel  Handle spreadsheets, basic formulas, formatting, and data summaries  Use Outlook or other email clients for communication and coordination Team Collaboration  Support team members in completing operational tasks
