Role Overview
You'll be responsible for generating qualified leads, nurturing prospects, and closing sales through
cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves connecting with people, and knows how to turn conversations into clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute
cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting
to generate and qualify leads. - Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients across multiple industries.
- Deliver persuasive sales pitches, demos, and proposals to close deals.
- Collaborate with marketing and strategy teams to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide weekly sales reports.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
- Proven experience in
B2B sales, cold calling, or email outreach
(preferably in tech or digital services). - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.) and email automation tools.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Bonus: Experience in selling IT, SaaS, or AI-based solutions.
