Job Description: Video Editor & Graphic Designer

We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Video Editor & Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for visual storytelling, technical proficiency in industry-standard software, and excellent communication skills to collaborate directly with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Video Editing & Production:
  • Execute full-cycle video editing projects, from raw footage to final delivery, ensuring the product aligns with the client's vision and brand guidelines.
  • Specialize in Reel editing (short-form vertical video) for various social media platforms, optimizing content for maximum engagement.
  • Apply motion graphics and visual effects using Adobe After Effects to enhance video content.
  • Graphic Design & Illustration:
  • Create compelling static and animated graphics, thumbnails, and other visual assets as needed for video projects and marketing materials.
  • Utilize Adobe Photoshop for image manipulation and retouching.
  • Use Adobe Illustrator for vector graphics and original digital illustration work.
  • Client Communication & Management (Daily Task):
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects, communicating daily with clients on dedicated group chats/platforms (e.g., Slack, WhatsApp, email) regarding task status, feedback, and requirements.
  • Clearly understand client briefs and provide proactive updates on project timelines.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple video and graphic tasks simultaneously to meet strict deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge and hands-on experience with the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, specifically:
  • Adobe Premiere Pro (Non-linear editing)
  • Adobe After Effects (Motion graphics and visual effects)
  • Adobe Photoshop (Image editing and graphic design)
  • Adobe Illustrator (Vector graphics and illustration)
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of video codecs, file formats, frame rates, and best practices for delivery across various platforms.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate complex creative concepts and manage client expectations professionally.
  • Experience: Prior experience in video editing, graphic design, and direct client interaction is highly preferred. A strong portfolio demonstrating diverse editing and design styles is a must.
  • Attributes: Detail-oriented, organized, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and a proactive problem-solver.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹5, ₹25,000.00 per month
