Job Summary:

  • Make daily telephonic calls and meet client targets set by the Supervisor.
  • Update CRM daily with leads, logins, sanctions, and disbursals.
  • Convert leads into logins and ensure disbursal through the best Bank/NBFC.
  • Process loan applications, conduct due diligence, and ensure compliance with terms and documentation.
  • Manage smooth loan disbursal by resolving process/queries.
  • Achieve at least 3X billing target each month.
  • Maintain relationships with customers, business banking, and channel partners.
  • Increase business through existing clients and cross-selling (including insurance).
  • Focus on scheduling customer meetings, logins, cross-sells, and disbursals.
  • Research client files for effective processing.
