We are seeking a professional and well-organized Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our office and to provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth front-office operations while efficiently coordinating administrative and facility-related tasks, including oversight of the housekeeping team.

Roles & Responsibilities:​

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Maintain a neat and welcoming reception and office environment.
  • Coordinate daily office administration activities and facility management tasks.
  • Supervise the housekeeping team to ensure cleanliness and upkeep of office premises.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies, stationery, and pantry inventory.
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers for maintenance and administrative requirements.
  • Support other HR or administrative duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹22,000.00 per month
