Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Sales Manager - Poultry, based in Raipur. The Territory Manager would be responsible for driving sales growth across our poultry product portfolio within the assigned territory of Chhattisgarh. You will build strong relationships with key decision-makers at poultry farms, hatcheries, distributors, and other relevant businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
· Conduct effective product presentations and negotiations.
· Improve brand awareness in the designated territory to bring more sales for the company.
· Execute company-wide efforts and design innovative tactics specific to the territory to meet or surpass predetermined sales targets.
· Discover business opportunities and improve sales strategies, analyse market trends, customer information, and competitor data.
· Cultivate and maintain positive connections with clients and important accounts.
· Gather market intelligence and identify new business opportunities.
· Oversee timely order fulfilment and ensure customer satisfaction.
· Monitor and analyse sales performance and reports.
· Participate in industry events and trade shows.
